RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@shopmoonpr.com.
- All returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date and each item must be returned in their original condition including tags.
- Once our MOON TEAM has received your package, all returned items will be verified before a store credit is issued.
- There are no refunds. Once your request is verified and approved, you will receive a store credit in form of gift card wich can be redeemed at checkout in your next order.
- The client is responsable for all shipping costs.
- Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your return.

WRONG ORDER?
If you were shipped the wrong item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care team at info@shopmoonpr.com quoting the order number. We will make sure to send you the correct item upon item have been received.
EXTRA INFO
We will not issue a store credit on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where MOON may have made an error.
